We were pleased to find good-sized rooms at this good budget hotel.

Nice experience there. Absolutely great and excellent place with a perfect view. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, 14 minutes' drive from Novo Alexeyevka airport. Found in the pretty quiet area. Newly renovated, well-equipped room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers, and bathrobes. Excellent co-operating and helpful staff throughout.

Really helpful and very very helpful staff who cared about me. The location was stunning - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. The terrace was perfect for breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed where it was situated.

Low-budget hotel set in the quiet area. Excellent co-operating staff, newly decorated and good sized rooms with a comfortable bed and minibar, as example. Lots of delicious food for meals. Particularly good and unbeatable position, close to a bus stop. Walking distance to shopping centers and a supermarket across the street.

My room at Gtm Plaza had a stunning view of the river, which made my stay truly memorable. The staff, especially the ones who spoke English and Russian, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was simple but tasty. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant atmosphere. I had a positive experience at Gtm Plaza.

it was a low-budget hotel that covered all our needs. truly enjoyed our room that was kept clean and available with minibar and bath, as for instance. everything was simply perfect.

The room was good-sized and incredible with shared balcony, comfortable furnishings plus a good view as expected. The management was really helpful and excellent co-operating, as well as the staff. Perfect and stunning location to meidani square, all was beautiful...

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is perfect, situated in front of the river and away from the main touristic areas, which we appreciated.

Loved the standard triple room we had with a good view. Terrace was perfect for breakfast. The staff were excellent and pleasant and the location was marvellous in front of the river.

Overall it was a really amazing stay on a vacation. Hotel's location was unbeatable, to meidani square. Further, it was near the center, a residential area, and the main touristic areas.

Looking through the window, the view of the river was stunning. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was cozy and clean, with a bathroom that had a modern shower and toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight, with an excellent spread of food and drinks. The gym and sauna were great amenities, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception.

Although the room was well-maintained, the WiFi signal was weak and unreliable, making it challenging to finish important work.

The hotel was super clean, and staff, especially Nunsa, were friendly. The location away from the main tourist areas was perfect for me. It was just a short taxi ride to the city center and close to the river, so the views were fantastic.
